01 Operator
The operator of Oglasna Ploča is Borna Hilc. For questions about the service, complaints and removal requests, contact us via [email protected].
02 Service and accounts
Oglasna Ploča offers jobs from enabled sources, direct employer postings, company profiles and moderated reviews. Posting a job is free, and the service has no paid packages or advertising. Use does not guarantee employment, candidate selection, or the accuracy or availability of another publisher's content.
Accounts are intended for people aged at least 16. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorised access. Email confirmation is required to submit reviews, and you must be authorised to act for a company to claim its profile. Do not bypass security restrictions or use the service for spam or fraud.
03 Sources and company profiles
Imported jobs identify their source and link to the original publication, and applications for them take place on the original site. Available sources may change; disabled sources are not displayed. A job may expire or be removed. Companies are matched to the Court Register; where matching is not reliable enough, the employer is not listed. A linked profile is not an endorsement or a quality guarantee.
04 Employer and applicant responsibilities
Employers are responsible for lawful and accurate listings, authority to post and rights to submitted content. Listings must be non-discriminatory and must not request illegal actions, fraudulent recruitment fees or unnecessary sensitive information. Update or withdraw jobs that are no longer current.
Employers are separate controllers for the applications they receive: they must use them only for permissible recruitment purposes, restrict access, set appropriate retention and enable applicants' rights. Do not forward CVs without an appropriate basis. Applicants should provide truthful information and avoid other people's or unnecessary sensitive information.
05 Reviews and moderation
A review must describe your own experience with the employer, which you confirm when submitting. One review per account and company is permitted, and reviews are checked before publication. In a review:
- do not name individual employees or managers;
- do not disclose health information or private-life details;
- do not present unsupported accusations as facts, and distinguish personal opinion from verifiable claims;
- threats, hate speech, spam and impersonation are not allowed.
A company's reviews are shown once its number of approved reviews reaches 3, so authors at small companies are not easy to identify.
If a company disputes that an author worked for it or took part in its recruitment, we temporarily hide the review and ask the author for proof, such as a contract or payslip with sensitive details covered. If the author does not reply within 14 days or the proof is insufficient, we remove the review. Proof is not passed to the company, and the author's identity is not disclosed without a court order or legal obligation.
We may reject or remove content that violates these rules, others' rights or the law, and restrict accounts for repeated or serious abuse. When we reject or remove a review, we email the author the reason; you can request reconsideration via [email protected].
06 Reports and removal requests
You can report any job or review with the “Report job” or “Report review” link, giving a reason and explanation, or via [email protected]. Avoid unnecessary personal information. We review reports, check the available information and decide whether content should be corrected, restricted or removed; a report alone does not guarantee removal. If you give an email address, we may ask for clarification and tell you the outcome.
We aim to act on justified source or company removal requests within 48 hours of receipt. A source asking that import stops may be disabled. This is an operational target; statutory deadlines for personal-data rights are covered in the Privacy policy.
07 Content rights, responsibility and changes
You retain rights to your content and grant the permission needed to display and moderate it within the service. Only post content you are entitled to publish. Attribution does not mean a source has approved Oglasna Ploča. Register information is reused under the Open Licence of the Republic of Croatia without implying government endorsement.
The service may be temporarily unavailable or contain errors. Liability limitations apply only as permitted by law and do not remove mandatory rights. Croatian law applies while preserving the mandatory protections available to you. The update date appears at the top, and users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.
